So you want to start a life coaching business.

So you want to start a life coaching business.

There are many resources available to help you become a life coach and many resources to help you start a business, but few that teach you how to start a life coaching business that fits you.

The point of this blog is to walk you through the process step-by-step, help you explore your options, and give you tips to help you make the best choices for your business. Like any good life coach, I won’t make your decisions for you. I will help you explore and understand your options, and hopefully inspire you to create a business that is in-line with your lifestyle, your career goals, and your coaching style.

This blog actually grew out of the process I went through in starting and growing my own coaching business. I remember how nervous I was that I might miss something important or make a poor choice out of ignorance. I also remember the trial and error approach I used to learn many of the things I will share with you here. I want you to benefit from my most costly mistakes. As I worked with other coaches to start and develop their businesses I realized there was a need for a resource that helped break down the necessary steps, with information and tips particular to a coaching or therapy practice. That is what you are going to get here! Step-by-step instructions beginning with the basics to get you off to a good start and then advanced information that will help you grow and expand.

I am assuming that you, the prospective business owner, are also planning to participate in your business as a coach, you are passionate about helping people, and maybe you’re a little overwhelmed by the process of starting your own coaching business. Well, you’ve come to the right place, so let’s get started!

Happy Building and Best Wishes,

I am a life and relationship coach in the Austin area of Texas. I started my own life coaching business, from scratch, and have more than doubled my revenue every year. I love what I do and I really enjoy mentoring others and helping them find a way to do what they love as well.
